What's your creative process when making cards....for me most of the time I like to colour my 'image' and that's where my inspiration for the card comes from...for example I think with this penguin I want to use kraft cardstock because of the brown hat and scarf and then one thing leads to another....to be honest I really never have a plan but I do almost start off by colouring my stamped image. :)

Such a cute little penguin! I usually make cards with scraps from pages and then stamp images to go along with those... I like your idea though! Very clever! And your coloring is fabulous!

I do the same thing. Sometimes I think it's harder to do it that way, because I may not have coordinating paper!! But, old habits are hard to break!!

I have to pick my papers after I decide what stamps I am using for my main image. I can't start coloring until I have at least one or two sheets of paper to use for guides. I might change once my coloring is finished and I start putting the project together, but it's always within the same collection. I'm a goof that way! ;)
