Welcome to another new Jane's Doodles release hop!
There's a 30% off sale that ends tomorrow (because I'm leaving for vacation) and a giveaway! Make sure to leave comments for a chance to win a stamp set of your choice. I will announce the winner tomorrow evening (CEST).
I wanted to squeeze in one last set before I leave for vacation.
I created this set because I LOVE figs and they always remind me of summer. Do you like figs? Or are they an alien fruit for you. ;) My sons won't eat them because of what they look like on the inside. LOL
I think this set would be great for masculine cards as well.
Introducing What the Fig!
I stamped, coloured and fussy cut my images. I used watercolours to create my background, once dry I stamped the leaf. I added the figs using foam dots.
I'm also excited to say that we have a new design team member. Yay!
Here's the order of the hop.

Wow. What a gorgeous card. The figs are unique! Fantastic idea! I reallt love figs; They're delicious๐....buuuuttt... I'm with your sons. They're hard to eat because of their appearance and texture. Lol. We let the birds eat ours. ๐๐ it's fun to watch though. ๐
ReplyDeleteI really like your card Jane! And unfortunately, I understand your sons! Nobody in this family likes figs. But the fig stamps are great!

Ohhhhh yummmmm. Love figs. And enjoy your vacation
ReplyDeleteBeautifully colored!
ReplyDeleteThis is so fun! Fabulous card! Have a wonderful vacation too!!!
ReplyDeleteThose figs look so yummy, both the stamped ones and the real one. I’m not a fan of dried figs but I love fresh ones. When they are getting ripe I take a walk in the area where I know there are some trees in the wild. I also get fresh figs from our landlord, who has a tree in his garden.

What a cute set and beautiful card. Figs are awesome, but I definitely prefer them dried for eating. Yum!
