Hope you all had a lovely weekend! I'm sorry that I'm late with today's post....this weekend I worked my *ss off if you know what I mean! I worked until 5 am this morning!!!! 

Anyhoo! I have a little sneak peek for ya! I'm sure some of you remember Mr. Claus from last year (he's available as a digi)...well he was actually apart of a stamp set that I had sketched out but never finished...now it's finished! So for all who prefer clear stamps here's a little sneak peek!

Hope all is well! 

Check out Mariana's brilliant card....she is so awesome with colour and design!! I just love how she used our Pretty Peonies stamp set and circle dies....and the stitching is perfect! Stamp the flower on different coloured cardstock, cut them out in this case with circle dies and then match up the petals and you get a fun, bright and FAB card!

I'm busy drawing....so many ideas I'm having a bit of an anxiety attack!! Deep breaths!!

Christmas sneak peek!

Hello!

Many of you enjoy seeing my creative process so I thought I'd share this little sneak peek on some new JD stamps I'm working on. As a stamp designer you literally have to live in the future...what do I mean?? I have to think months down the road when doing my designs when it comes to the holiday like Christmas. In the past I started drawing in October for Christmas which didn't work out for several reasons....all the time need to manufacture the stamps and send them to the DT. Also people want to order their stamps a head of time so that they have enough time to create their cards so I was never on time. That's why I have Christmas on my brain! :)

Like every design of mine it all starts with a piece of paper and a pencil. I roughly sketch it out and if I'm happy with it I'll do another sketch (more polished) so that I can colour it to get the feel of how it would look on a card etc. Then if there's any minor adjustments I make them and draw the final draft which I scan.

I used my Graph'it makers to colour.

Just a little reminder...my Christmas stamps are on sale! :)

I shared this card on my blog yesterday. I used our Life is Good stamp set, did some masking and colouring! :)

It's Eva's turn today and she's created this sweet birthday card using our Jungle Baby stamp set! 

I just wanted to share a little sneak peek of a new JD stamp set. :) This set wasn't my idea, it was Judith's (she's a teacher) and I've been working on it off and on but especially now that Judith is stepping down I wanted to finish it for her!

I mentioned already the changes that are happening with JD and if everything goes well I hope for a release in August (it all depends on shipping since I will be shipping stamps all over the world...from Africa to England to the USA to Australia...). I apologize ahead of time if there are days where the shop is wonky...there are tweeks being made and you know how these things go!! 

It all starts with a pencil and piece of paper! :)

Hope you all had a lovely weekend! My kids still have this week off (we don't have March break here... I would rather have two weeks off during Christmas and than a week off in March..but oh well)...and I'm feeling much better so I'm going to try and make up for not spending time with them when I was sick! So today I'd like to share a little sneak peek of some new JD stamps!! I LOVE the circle/dots background stamp! So cute and fun! :)

Hello! We're (by we I mean the DT and I) are waiting for our new JD stamps to arrive which means stamp release is coming soon! I mentioned before that I didn't make any Christmas stamp sets this time....the timing was off....with all the international shipping involved (the whole process (me sending my drawings to the manufacturer to the stamps coming to the shop and the DT) takes minimum 6 weeks and that's something I'm struggling with...timing but I'm getting the hang of it!).... the stamps would not have made it to the shop in time for our customers so Judith and I decided not to manufacture them but I did want something new so here's a sneak peek of a Christmas digital stamp! :)

Happy World Card Making Day!! & a giveaway!

Hello and Happy World Card Making Day!!!
Of coarse I've got a card for you today and it's a little sneak peek of our up coming release! Judith has just received brand new JD stamps and sent them off to me, the DT and our special Guest Designer!! (I printed out the squirrel since I don't have the actual stamps...I kept it the same size as the stamp).

The triangles are from our Geometric Patterns stamp set and the sentiment is from my Croatian Sentiments stamp set which can be found at NB Hobby here in Zagreb. The sentiment 'volim te' means I love you!
